What's useful to send
The most useful reports are calculation errors — if you worked a case by hand or in CAD and a rafter length, angle, area or volume on this site doesn't match, include the inputs you used (span, pitches, knuckle position, units) so it can be reproduced. Feature requests for calculators or reference pages the site doesn't cover yet are also welcome, as is general feedback on anything confusing or missing. There's no need to be formal about it — a couple of sentences is plenty.
